The Diamond Edge Development Academy is designed for motivated players ages 8–10 who are ready to improve their skills, build baseball IQ, and grow their confidence in a structured, competitive environment. Whether your player is preparing for travel baseball or simply wants to take the next step in their development, they'll be challenged at an appropriate level.

Players should bring:

• Baseball glove

• Bat

• Batting helmet

• Athletic shoes or turf shoes (no metal cleats)

• Water bottle

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Keeping the Academy limited to just 12 players allows every athlete to receive individualized coaching, meaningful repetitions, and consistent feedback throughout the program. Our goal is quality instruction—not overcrowded sessions.

Because each Academy session builds on the previous week, make-up sessions are not included. If your player misses a session, we'll provide a summary of what was covered along with suggested drills or focus areas to help them stay on track. Families who would like additional one-on-one instruction may also schedule a private lesson separately, subject to availability.

Private lessons focus on individual skills, and camps often provide a broad introduction to the game. The Diamond Edge Development Academy is different. It's a structured 10-week player development program where each session builds on the last. Players develop baseball skills, baseball IQ, confidence, and competitive habits in a small-group environment designed for long-term growth.
