COACH CODY.
Cody Kidd · Founder & Coach
Helping young players build sound fundamentals, trust their skills, and enjoy the work that makes them better.
THE COACH BEHIND THE REPS
A LOVE FOR THE GAME.
A FOCUS ON DEVELOPMENT.
I started Diamond Edge Baseball to give young players extra reps, clear instruction, and a place to build confidence.
As a former catcher, I bring a focus on leadership, fundamentals, and game awareness. I coach with the Grafton Jr. Hawks and Grafton Little League and serve on the Grafton Little League Board.
From hitting and fielding to catcher instruction and baseball IQ, I want players to understand what they’re working on—and why it matters when they take the field.
THE DIAMOND EDGE APPROACH
TRAIN. DEVELOP. COMPETE.
Purposeful work, instruction that fits the player, and a game that stays fun.
01 / TRAIN
BUILD THE FOUNDATION.
Work on sound mechanics and repeatable habits through focused instruction and purposeful reps.
02 / DEVELOP
GROW WITH CONFIDENCE.
Meet each player where they are. Build skills and understanding at a pace that fits their age, experience, and goals.
03 / COMPETE
TAKE IT TO THE FIELD.
Connect practice to game situations, strengthen awareness, and help players trust the work they’ve put in.
YOUR PLAYER BELONGS HERE
NEW TO THE GAME?
READY FOR THE NEXT STEP?
Whether it’s your first season or you’re already competing, you’re welcome here. Diamond Edge works with players from Grafton, Port Washington, Mequon, and communities throughout the area.
Diamond Edge Baseball was founded by Cody Kidd — coach for the Grafton Jr. Hawks, Grafton Little League, and member of the Grafton Little League Board. A former catcher during his playing days, Cody brings a strong understanding of leadership, fundamentals, game awareness, and the work ethic it takes to grow in baseball.
Diamond Edge was created to give players the extra reps, instruction, and confidence they need while keeping the game fun, competitive, and developmental. From hitting and fielding to catcher instruction and baseball IQ, every session is designed to help players sharpen their skills and build confidence both on and off the field.
Whether it’s your first year playing baseball or you’re already competing at a high level, every player is welcome at Diamond Edge Baseball. Whether you play in Grafton, Port Washington, Mequon, or anywhere in between, the goal remains the same — helping players build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and grow their love for the game.
